Yes, the seller has excellent customer service. Every email I sent to them asking about the order status, or any other I had about the doll was always answered very quickly. This was my first time buying one of these dolls, and it came just as I ordered it. I’m still getting used to the doll and am slowly acclimating to it. But it’s exactly what I ordered. I was worried this was a scam as well, but it’s not.
